For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of being that mom who bakes magical birthday cakes for her kids — full of love, flavor, and memories.

But reality? Well, it started off very differently. A real rocky start I would say! Baking seemed to me like a mystery that I couldn’t crack.

Year after year, I poured my heart into homemade cakes that tasted good… but looked like disasters. I didn’t know how to decorate, how to design, or how to bring my ideas to life — but somehow, I just kept going.

I never gave up.

Fast forward 20 years — and many baking courses later — I’ve learned how to turn failure into flavor, and frustration into art. Today, baking is not just something I do; it’s a part of who I am. It’s how I express love, creativity, and joy.
