Classic Victoria Sponge Cake

Ingredients
2 cups All purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Milk
1 Sachet Baking powder (15gr)
3 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation:
1- Always start by pre-heating your oven before you begin baking.
2- Mix dry ingredients (Flour, baking powder, salt) give them a stir and set them aside.
3- In another bowl whisk the eggs with the vanilla.
4- Add the sugar and keep whisking until sugar is well incorporated with the eggs.
5- Add the oil and then add half of the milk.
6- Add half of the dry ingredients and mix well
7- Add the remaining dry ingredients and the rest of the milk and mix.
8- Put in your trays and bake on 180°C for 25-30 minutes
